Morg had to work today they had the driveway poured yesterday at the house in Cliff Road  that he’s working on, and this morning he had to work to supervise the cutting in of it.  Easy enough job and as it was right on his doorstep he didn’t even need the truck.  He was there in a purely supervisory role so it was an easy morning for him.  

He walked down to me after he’d finished as it was a nice day. I’d only been out for a quick swim this morning, and spent the rest of the morning having a pity party like the saddo I am.  

Morgs arrival made me put on my big girl pants and slap a smile on my face.  He doesn’t want to be sitting with a miserable old boot even if it’s his mother.  

We had a change from the bolognaise and instead had salami and cheeses which was really nice. And Whittaker’s chocolate, his favorite is the hokey pokey !  It’s like honey comb . We ate it watching clarkesons farm which lifted the mood somewhat.  

He only stayed a few hours as a huge downpour was coming and he needed to get home before it came in.  

Once he’d left I went for a shower and did some more puppy training . It’s going ok but I really do need a bloody puppy I think . I’m not getting much feed back from the cushion.
