15/4/2026 Pissing down.

Went for a swim in the rain this morning, and as there Was a cold wind it was significantly warmer in the ocean.  I was the only one there today and despite the bitter wind the ocean was pretty calm. Very strange, it’s just cwtched away enough to prevent the waves whipping up unless there’s a real severe wind.  

I was there for an hour and when I got out I couldn’t get back to the unit quick enough to warm up.  

A hot shower , Substantial coffee and scrambled eggs on toast warmed me up a treat.  

The rain didn’t let up at all so I did some reading and study for the arrival of Frank

Morg came down for dinner and we watched a film together before he headed home 

Today has dragged so much and I’ve really missed Si, there have been tears aplenty. But I made it through unfortunately and I’m now another day closer to joining him.  And that’s a good thing
